Hi all,
I'm in the middle of a research project I'm doing called the Training Impact Gap Project which aims to understand how to bridge the gap between learning and behaviour change so cultures could ultimately change for the better at work. The aim of the project is to interview 100 practitioners across training, learning and development, organisational psychology and more to share their perspectives over the next year with the project completing in April 2027.Â
Once the project has been completed I'll be sharing commonalities and trends in public with the aim of helping to foster stronger collaborations between trainers who are focused on creating organisational impact and the decision-makers who have the power to invest in such programmes whether they are workplace wellbeing, corporate leadership programmes or financial health programmes.
I currently have 65 more people to go before the time I've set for the project to end and am looking to speak to more people in the following fields:Â
- L&D specialists.
- Change consultants.
- Mental health, workplace wellbeing, EDI, neurodiversity education and addiction trainers.Â
- Organisational psychologists.
- Financial health specialists.
- EAP system specialists.
If you have a speciality in any of these fields or know someone that does and think they'd be ideal for the Training Impact Gap Project, I'd appreciate you leaving a comment below or contacting me via jamie@spotlighttrainingco.comÂ
Here's a link to the project as it stands for past interviews and the kind of subject matter that gets discussed:

Hello Jamie,
1. I think Sonia is a mental health professional. Also you may want to approach Dee who leads a training and development called Dewa.
2. As for Dee, check out her profile page Dewa.
3. As for Sonia, I think you can contact Martin.
@llh Hi Jamie
This is an interesting topic to look at. Sonia Morales would certainly be a very good person to speak to. Let me know if you would like me to introduce you to her.
@martinwroe Cheers Martin. That would be great to be introduced to Sonia. Feel free to do it over email or LinkedIn whatever works best for you and you can use some of my post about the project to explain why I'd like to talk to her.
